• We only accept orders placed by phone at 7619287112 or by email at mycomfortsofa@gmail.com. We do not currently accept online orders.
• To place an order, you will need to provide your contact information, billing and shipping address, and details of the sofa you are interested in.
• We will confirm your order details and delivery arrangements via phone or email.

2. Payment

• We will discuss payment options with you during the order confirmation process.
• We may offer options for online payment processing in the future, but currently payment terms are agreed upon during the phone or email order confirmation.

3. Delivery

• Delivery fees and timelines will be quoted during the order confirmation process and may vary depending on your location.
• We are currently only able to deliver sofas within India.

4. Returns and Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of our sofas, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
• Order cancellations before manufacturing begins may be possible, subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss cancellation options.

5. Warranties

• We offer a warranty on our sofas against manufacturing defects. The specific terms of the warranty will be provided with your order confirmation.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of our website or our products, except to the extent required by law.
